1、負責(zé)與目標(biāo)客戶進行技術(shù)對接，摸清客戶所需軸承產(chǎn)品的工況條件，解決客戶在軸承安裝和使用過程中的疑問與難題。
2、定期及不定期與客戶現(xiàn)場對接提供售后技術(shù)服務(wù)。
3、處理緊急的投訴事件，應(yīng)對售后服務(wù)需求，與質(zhì)量管理部對接，處理突發(fā)售后事宜。
4、快速響應(yīng)客戶技術(shù)狀態(tài)更改、型號變更、工況調(diào)整等技術(shù)問題。
